With a highly qualified and experienced team, Donna J. Hendrix and our staff provide the Morehead and Flemingsburg area with the most credentialed team in the area. We pride ourselves on working side-by-side our clients to best understand their needs.

SHERMAN SPARKS
Senior Accountant
Sherman graduated with a degree in accounting in 2003. He has 13 years public accounting experience.
He resides with his wife, Melinda, and has 3 children.
DONNA J. HENDRIX
CPA
Donna graduated from Fleming County High School in 1991, from Morehead State University in 1995, & became a Certified Public Accountant in 1999.
She has over 23 years of accounting experience and is a current member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Morehead Chamber of Commerce.
Donna is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Kentucky. She earned her BBA degree in Accounting from Morehead State University. She worked as a staff accountant, payroll accountant and Controller before starting her own CPA firm. She has had her own CPA firm since 2006.
She gives personal attention to each client. She works with clients to identify the best approach to meet their specific needs and offer guidance and insight to ensure they stay on track throughout the year. She has many years of experience working with small businesses and individual clients. She is a licensed CPA who actively studies tax law changes to ensure she is up-to-date and able to provide indispensable guidance to her clients.
She has been married to Mark for 20 years and reside in Flemingsburg and have 2 children, Maisie (16) and Maleah (15). She enjoys camping, going to swim meets, soccer games, basketball games, football games, and cheer competitions that her children participate in.
CARLA BLEVINS
Staff Accountant
Carla graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an Emphasis in Accounting from Morehead State University in 2001 and Masters of Arts in Teaching Middle Grades Math and Science in 2012. She has over 20 years of accounting experience.
She resides with her husband, Ray and they have 1 child.
JAMES SPENCER
Staff Accountant
James graduated with an Associates degree in accounting in 2016. He has 2 year of accounting experience. He was born and raised in Athens, Georgia and moved to Morehead Kentucky in 2008.
He enjoys his time off in the outdoors with his dog.
